What?
This position will manage a variety of HR systems, programs and analytics – including HRIS, employee survey and data analytics, key employee metrics, compensation support, compliance reports and more.
Main aspects of the role include:
- Configure, maintain and optimize all HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), communication platforms, leave management systems LMS and more.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced cohesion within the HR group by analyzing processes, streamlining workflows, and promoting collaboration to lead efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure accurate data entry in HRIS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes.
- Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates.
- Collect and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Measure and report on employee engagement surveys and feedback to drive initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Monitor HR compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Support off boarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and coordinating with partners to provide a seamless experience for exiting employees.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Human Resources analyst experience with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field. This role demands strong analytical skills, particularly in data reporting and synthesis, and requires a proactive approach to partnering with leadership and taking ownership of responsibilities. Proficiency in HRIS/HCM software is essential, with experience as an administrator or power user; familiarity with ADP is a plus.
Candidates should also demonstrate project management capabilities, a customer service mindset, and a results-driven attitude. Experience with presenting in power point, excel, and other Microsoft office systems is desired. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are critical to this position. Lastly, this candidate would have a positive, can-do attitude and be a cheer leader for our people, culture, company and products.
