What?
This position will perform a variety of tasks necessary for hands on training of manufacturing equipment and processes, as well as supporting evaluation and advancement of processing operators.

Main aspects of the role include:

Teaches and assesses skills regarding OFD manufacturing concepts including, but not limited to:
- Coaching, training, and evaluating manufacturing personnel to achieve training program objectives.
- Provides logistics and coordination, scheduling, and planning of training activities with Manufacturing and Safety leadership, including preparation of training records and other training recordkeeping documents.
Implements Manufacturing training activities in accordance with Company expectations and initiatives, including, but not limited to:
- Creating and/or guiding development of training curriculums and tools (job aids, base settings, training courses, training videos or other resources) to support the manufacturing process.

You!
The ideal candidate will be a current OFD employee. A 2 year degree or certification is desired. The individual should have experience in technical writing, teaching/training and/or manufacturing knowledge. In addition, 2 years experience in adult training methods if preferred. This individual should have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office programs. Lastly, the ability and flexibility of working hours (nights/weekends) is required to support company needs.
