What?
This is a temporary contract position designed to support the Sales and Marketing teams through strategic outbound calling, with the primary goal of driving revenue growth this summer. This position is expected to go through August 2025 (6-8 weeks).

Main aspects of the role include:

Conducting proactive outreach to assigned customer accounts
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or renew orders
Navigating and overcoming objections to convert potential “no” responses into “yes”
Utilizing databases, software systems, and Excel to support outreach efforts
Accurately logging, organizing, and tracking all customer interactions
Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly outreach and sales performance targets
Developing in-depth product knowledge of Mountain House offerings
Collaborating closely with both sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment
Maintaining accuracy in quoting, documentation, and timely follow-up
Demonstrating a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset

The ideal candidate will be a college student actively pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or anyone interested in expanding their experience in Inside Sales. Experience with computer systems, phone-based customer interactions, sales processes, Microsoft Excel, and database management is required.
This individual should be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent — someone who thrives on closing deals and doesn’t take no for an answer. Strong attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and a drive to succeed are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
